ELECTIVE DENTAL TREATMENT POSTPONED UNTIL MONDAY APRIL 6, 2020
Dear Valued Patients:
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff, and community. To that end, we have decided to postpone performing Elective Dental Treatment in our practice for the next 3 weeks, starting on March 18, 2020, in accordance with guidance provided by the American and Florida Dental Society. We believe that this closure will allow us to more effectively adhere to recommendations from the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidance of social separation.
If you have an appointment scheduled for from March 18 to April 4, please take note that your appointment has been canceled at this time. Our office coordinator will be contacting you in the following weeks to reschedule the appointment after April 4. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to email us at www.info@towerdentalassociates.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
There will be a doctor-on-call in the event of a dental emergency for our patients of record (patient seen for dental treatment and cleanings within the last 12 months). If you are experiencing pain or having a true dental emergency, please call our office at 352-331-4558 and you will receive instructions to reach one of our doctors.
We did not make this decision lightly. A great deal of care, research, and planning guided our decision. We believe that by taking these extraordinary precautions, we can make a difference in helping to preserve the limited supply of personal protective equipment critical for emergency dental care and frontline health care personnel responding to the pandemic. We will continue to evaluate this situation as it evolves and will contact you with any changes via email.
